World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation September 6, 2026
Dear God, Water is a gift from you, help us to care for it, using only what we need, keep it from being polluted. Amen.

Here's what you can expect at Glebe St-James on this Sunday, September 6:
- Liz Elton will welcome us.
- Rebecca Dalton will acknowledge that the land on which we gather and work is the traditional and ancestral territory of the Algonquin People, unceded and unsurrendered.
- Geoff McGuire will read the scripture, Ezekiel 47:9-12 and Revelation 22:1-7.
- Rev. Dr. Teresa Burnett-Cole will lead us in worship and will offer a reflection, "The River That Gives Life."
- Music Director Paul Grose and the choir will lead us in music and song. The Gift of Music will be "When Hands Reach Out Beyond Divides."
Here is the bulletin for the service which allows you to follow along with the words of texts, hymns, songs, and prayers. You can stream the service live at 10:30 am on YouTube.
