News from the Glebe St James ReconciliAction Working Group

We are all on the road to truth, and through truth, to reconciliation, together.

In the last e-update from the ReconciliAction Working Group, we let you know that the RWG is currently learning about land acknowledgements. Why do we do land acknowledgements? What can we learn from them? How can land acknowledgements be part of our journey to reconciliation?


We shared the first of a series of three videos from an indigenous woman, Sandi Boucher, about land acknowledgements that talked about the “why”. Follow the link below for the second video in this series. This one challenges us with the question “What is the one key thing we have to do in a land acknowledgement”.
