Join in our Lenten Journey: Sunday, Mar. 19th, the Fourth Sunday of Lent

March 19, 2023

Welcome to worship at Glebe-St. James!

A warm welcome to all who gather here online, or in person in the sanctuary at 650 Lyon Street S.: we’re so glad you've joined us here in worship!

We welcome guest preacher Rev. Steve Zytveld from our community partner, the Carlington Community Chaplaincy (CCC). Steve is an ordained vocational deacon in the Anglican Church of Canada(minister at St. Barnabas Anglican Church) and, in addition to his role as Chaplain for the CCC, is the Coordinator of Anglican Pastoral Services at the Ottawa Hospital. Susan Toller will offer the Theme chat for adults and children alike. James Caswell, our minister of music, the choir, and soloist soprano Martha Milne will lead us in song. The scripture reading this week continues our passage through the book of John with John 9:1-41.

If you'd like to read along the sermon texts (when Teresa is preaching), prayers, hymn lyrics and even the children's story, find the service bulletin linked here. The bulletin also contains key announcements for the week. Sign up for our e-Update to keep up on more of the life and work of the church.
