Please join us this Sunday, September 22 2024, the Third Sunday of the Season of Creation

Thank you for joining us for service on this Third Sunday of the Season of Creation! Today we will explore how Jesus redefines greatness through servanthood and humility, challenging us to embrace the values of love and service in a world often driven by status and power.

Rev. Dr. Teresa Burnett-Cole will preside, Marsha Hay Snyder will welcome us, Marilyn Hamilton will offer the land acknowledgement, and Rev. Sue Toller will lead the Theme Conversation for children and adults. Wayne MacWhirter will read the scripture: James 5:13-20, and Mark 9:30-37. Our Minister of Music, James Caswell and the choir will lead us in music and song; the choir will sing "Thou Art God" (Lionel Bourne) as the Gift of Music.
