Below you will find the documents for the 2025 Annual Congregational Meeting, as circulated by email. Join for the service starting at noon then stay for the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting will be held virtually on zoom on March 30th starting at approximately 1PM with early sign in encouraged for socializing!  Given the weather the decision was taken that the ACM will be a virtual meeting only.

Motion:  That during this meeting the adherents of Glebe-St. James be allowed to vote in accordance with section B.3.7.2 of the 2025 United Church Manual


Approval of the Meeting Agenda

 Motion: That the agenda be approved as circulated


Approval of Minutes of 2024 Annual Meeting

 Motion: That the minutes of the 2024 annual meeting, be approved, as circulated 


Approval of the 2024 Annual Report

Motion: That the 2024 Annual Report be approved as circulated and submitted to the Eastern Ontario and Outaouais

Motion: That the congregation authorize Pam Fitch, in consultation with the Building Sustainability Working Group and Rev. Dr. Teresa Burnett-Cole, to finalize the BSWG Congregational Profile report and submit it to the Eastern Ontario and Outaouais Regional Council (EOORC) Office as Glebe-St. James’ 2025 Community of Faith (Living Ministry) Profile
