Holy Week 2022 - Maundy Thursday : April 14, 2022

April 15, 2022

Worship with us in person or on-line (via YouTube)

as we walk through Holy Week together

Our Maundy Thursday service begins at 7pm either in person or by livestream/recording available through the links below. If you are joining us online and wish to participate in the Sacrament of Holy Communion, please have your 'bread and cup' close by.

The service will be lead by Coordinating Minister, Rev. Teresa Burnett Cole. The scripture reading for the service comes from John 13:1-17. James Caswell, Minister of Music will lead us in music; congregation members are invited to join in song.

The service bulletin with hymns and texts is linked here. Note that we will have a simpler one camera setup for this service, so you will most certainly want to follow along with hymns, song lyrics and prayers in the bulletin. They will not be as completely incorporated into the livestream.

Join in on the virtual offering plate for M&S, Outreach & GSJ operational needs! If donating online, you can indicate on the 'paypal' page where you want your gift to be dedicated to.

You can watch the video of the service here on YouTube. Please consider 'subscribing' to the GSJ YouTube channel and use the 'notification' (the 'bell' symbol on the GSJ YouTube channel) to be notified when we go live. If, for any reason, the webcast is interrupted you should still be able to connect by looking for the red 'live' thumb-nail image
