May 28, 2026

Join us this Sunday at 10:30, either in person or on-line, as we celebrate Trinity Sunday

Here's what you can expect at Glebe St-James on this May 31st Trinity Sunday:

  • Wendy Bergeron will welcome us.
  • Ruth Burnett-Cole will acknowledge that the land on which we gather and work is the traditional and ancestral territory of the Algonquin People, unceded and unsurrendered.
  • Rev George LeDrew will read the scripture, Matthew 28:16-20
  • Rev. Dr. Teresa Burnett-Cole will lead us in worship and will offer a reflection "Love without Limits".
  • Paul Grose and the choir will lead us in music and song.  The Gift of Music will be "Go Into the World" by Natalie Sleeth

♪  Today's organ prelude is an arrangement of Dan Schutte's contemporary hymn "Here I Am, Lord" (VU 509) by Douglas Wagner (b. 1952), a prolific Indianapolis, U.S.-based school and church composer.

♪  The postlude is an arrangement of the traditional hymn "Holy, Holy, Holy" (Tune: NICAEA) that was once sung nearly every Sunday in many United Churches. The arranger is Dan Forrest (b. 1978), an accomplished composer active in academic, publishing and church circles in South Carolina, USA
